"I work at a desk all day, which usually leaves me feeling stiff in my neck and forearms from all the typing. The design is really clever — the different widths allow me to switch between targeting the deep pressure points in my neck and rolling out the tightness in my arms. It's firm enough to really get into the muscle belly but simple to use while relaxing on the couch."

"I picked up the Black Swan for neck tension, and the two cradle widths are the star. They make it simple to dial in the right spot: the narrow cradle reaches the smaller areas high up near the base of the skull, and the wider cradle gives broader support lower near the base of the neck. After a few minutes, my neck feels looser and more comfortable."

"I love the Black Swan. The head and beak make it easy to apply slow, steady pressure to tight spots in my hands, which feels great after playing a round of golf. It's simple to position around my neck and skull, and a few minutes helps ease everyday tension and stiffness. Helps me target knots, and I notice quick comfort and better mobility after short sessions."

Great pain relief tool

I work at a desk all day, which usually leaves me feeling pretty stiff, especially in my neck and forearms from all the typing. I picked this up hoping to work out some of that tension, and it has been excellent. The design is really clever because the different widths allow me to switch between targeting the deep pressure points in my neck and rolling out the tightness in my arms. It’s firm enough to really get into the muscle belly but simple to use while just relaxing on the couch. If you deal with muscle tightness or fatigue from computer work, this is a fantastic tool to have on hand.

Nifty Tool!

I love the Black Swan. The head and beak make it easy to apply slow, steady pressure to tight spots in my hands, which feels great after playing a round of golf. It's simple to position around my neck and skull, and a few minutes helps ease everyday tension and stiffness. It's well-made, easy to control, compact, and easy to use. Helps me target knots, and I notice quick comfort and better mobility after short sessions. It's become a go-to tool for me.

As an athlete I love this tool

As an athlete, I love the Black Swan Core Nexus. It targets deep muscles that foam rollers don't, especially in the hips and core. The rotating design makes it easy to control pressure, it feels high quality, and it's perfect for pre- or post-workout recovery. I've noticed less tightness and better mobility since using it. Definitely worth it.

Strong & adaptable tool for neck tension/pain

This small piece of equipment is quite versatile in ways to use it to work out a variety of muscle knots and relieve tension. I've been dealing with a sudden TMJ-like issue with related tension through the neck, shoulders, and head. Pain, headaches, and nagging tension, along with jaw and mouth pain. I started using the Black Swan to stretch my neck and work out some of the tension and it works pretty good. It took a little bit of experimenting to get the right spots and motions that work for me and my issue, but after a few days of playing with it it became a great daily tool. I use it often during the work day between my head and the office chair to take a stretch break. Also get on the ground and use it sometimes, too. It's made a difference in relieving the amount of pain and tension/headaches since I can address it at the first sign of discomfort (or ideally, even before it hits if I remember). This thing is tough! I can't imagine breaking it with any reasonable amount of pressure that you'd use for muscle work. I also have used it for hand pain and back pain, too, with similar results. Look forward to using it for years to come to help manage all the little aches and pains of life, especially as I get older.

Great for neck tension!

I have a great pillow, so it's just gotta be how I sleep, but I constantly wake up with a stiff neck and tight shoulders. I started keeping the Black Swan right on my nightstand, and it has become part of my morning routine. Instead of starting my day feeling locked up, I spend about 5 minutes using this before I even get out of bed. It's perfect for those deep spots at the base of the skull that are hard to reach with just your hands. It applies just the right amount of pressure to loosen everything up so I can turn my head freely again. If you're prone to 'sleeping wrong,' this little tool makes a huge difference.

Awesome for neck tension

I got the Black Swan to help with neck soreness and discomfort. Wow, this cool little tool does the trick. The freedom of placement with the varying widths is great, allowing me to get to where I need the pressure. I have another foam traction pillow, and it doesn't give me the freedom to target all the tender spots in my neck like the black swan. It is now always on my end table for whenever I need it! Makes a nifty little gift, too!

It works as described.

Friend of mine turned me on to this product…I approached it with great skepticism as I have suffered spinal problems for 25 years and more. Years of chiropractic, physical therapy and spinal injections provided little to no relief, and then this…the black swan. This strange looking product couldn't possibly provide relief, or could it? Based on my friend's absolute endorsement and his sworn testimony that this product works, he convinced me to take his home and try it for a couple of days, I reluctantly did. Thank you David! After only three days of using the Black Swan I can miraculously report considerable relief from ages of spinal pain that I have never experienced from other conventional cures and remedies. I ordered my own today.
