Nexus Health Tools creates compact manual tools with carefully considered contact shapes, starting with the psoas and iliacus.

A Year in Bed Changed Everything

"Years of constant low back tension and tension stole my joy for everything active — from playing basketball to paddle boarding — and left me feeling hopeless. It got so bad that I was basically stuck in bed for almost a year."

Bryan Lee knows what it feels like to lose your life to pain. Not just the physical part — the weekends with his wife that turned into him lying on his back, unable to move. The marriage strain. The daily life that shrank down to what he could manage from a mattress.

Bryan sought professional care while exploring tools for his own routine. His choices reflect his personal circumstances, not advice for someone else to change or decline care.

He researched psoas and iliacus tools and compared their contact shapes. He wanted a compact design that brought two distinct tips into one tool.

But as an inventor at heart with a background in mechanical engineering and 3D design, Bryan couldn't accept defeat.

He spent over a year and a half designing, prototyping, testing, and refining. The result was Core Nexus: a broad tip for the psoas and a narrower angled tip for the iliacus in one compact manual tool.

Using the Core Nexus consistently was the turning point. Bryan started enjoying weekends again — actually doing things instead of watching from the couch. He got back to living with fulfillment.

He decided to make the design available to others. His personal experience does not establish typical results, determine suitability, or replace professional care.

That's why Core Nexus exists. Not because Bryan wanted to start a business — because he needed this tool to exist, and once it did, keeping it to himself felt wrong.

Roots Physical Therapy & Performance

"Core Nexus addresses both the psoas and iliacus — nice to have that utility. I prefer the material to the Pso-rite and Hip Hook, which are a lot more aggressive."
