Getting Your Nexus Health Tools Gear
We want you to get your Nexus Health Tools products as smoothly as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:
US Orders
Orders $75 or more (USD): Free ground shipping within the continental United States!
Orders under $75 (USD): A shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout.
International Orders
Shipping Fees: You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Options and prices will be shown at checkout.
VAT and Customs: We don’t collect VAT in advance – you’ll pay this when you pick up your package from the shipping company. All our products ship from the USA.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Processing: Give us 1-2 business days to get your order ready for shipment. If you order multiple items, we’ll try our best to ship them together.
Tracking: You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
US Ground Shipping: Expect your package within 10-14 business days.
International Shipping: This can take up to (or even longer than) 30 business days.
Expedited Shipping: If you choose this option, expect your package within 10-14 business days for international orders.
Important Note: We do our best to get your products to you on time, but sometimes things happen! Weather, location, customs, or delays caused by the shipping company might affect delivery times. These timeframes are estimates.

Wrong Address?
Oops! If you provided the wrong shipping address, we unfortunately can’t be responsible if the package doesn’t reach you. You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the package (minimum $10 fee). Please reach out to us at support@nexushealthtools.com to request a new package or a refund.
