It is our intention with this 30-day policy to give you enough time to use your product(s) and make sure it is right for you. Everyone’s situation is unique, so the time to see improvement may vary. Be patient and give it time to work for you. Consistency produces the best results.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Defective/Broken Product

How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support team by emailing support@nexushealthtools.com.
Provide your order number and reason for the return request.
Our team will review your request and initiate the return process if it meets our policy guidelines.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in “like-new” condition and in the original packaging. Returnable products that are damaged, not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable and non-returnable.
Important Notes
Returns will be issued to the original form of payment.
The Core Nexus must be returned in its original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Returns (if applicable)
Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your product arrives back at our facility for quality assessment and return processing. You will receive an email when your return has been approved and the return has been initiated. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Late or missing returns
If you haven’t received a return yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your return is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your return yet, please contact us at support@nexushealthtools.com.
Limited Warranty
What is covered?
This limited warranty protects the original purchaser of the Core Nexus from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.
Who is covered?
Only the original purchaser of the Core Nexus is covered under this limited warranty. It is not transferable to subsequent owners.
What is not covered?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction resulting from:
Alterations or modifications not performed by authorized Nexus Health Tools personnel.
Improper or unreasonable use, maintenance, or storage.
Misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect.
Exposure to fire, excess moisture, natural disasters, or power surges.
Shipping damage (claims for this must be filed directly with the carrier).
Nexus Health Tools is not liable for any loss of use of the Core Nexus or other incidental costs or damages incurred by the customer or other users.
Repair or Replacement
At our sole discretion, Nexus Health Tools will:
Repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable time frame, free of charge for the necessary parts and labor.
Replace the Core Nexus with a direct replacement or a similar product deemed to offer substantially the same pain-relief benefits.
Nexus Health Tools will also cover the shipping costs necessary to return the product once a repair is complete.

We stand behind our products, and this warranty defines the full scope of that commitment. It replaces any other promises made regarding the product, spoken or written (to the extent that the law allows). We always strive for excellence, but please know that we can’t offer open-ended guarantees against every eventuality. If problems do arise with the product, this warranty outlines your available solutions. Should the law in your region require guarantees on quality and suitability for everyday use, we’ll comply fully within those legal boundaries.
Other Conditions
This warranty offers valuable protections, so it’s important to understand it. Here’s what could make it inapplicable:
Tampering: If anyone other than our authorized technicians opens or modifies the product, the warranty is void.
Damage: We can’t cover issues caused by water, accidents, or misuse of the product.
Origin: This warranty only applies to products bought directly from Nexus Health Tools or an authorized reseller.
Your Satisfaction Matters
If this level of protection doesn’t meet your expectations, we understand. You have 60 days from purchase to return your product for a full refund.
